Information You Provide
- Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth.
- Guest play: No personal information is required. All game data is stored locally on your device — nothing is sent to our servers.
- In-game chat: Messages sent during multiplayer sessions.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Gameplay statistics (bids, wins, score history, coin balance)
- IP address — used only to facilitate Hotspot mode connections, never stored
- Crash reports and usage analytics to improve stability
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Call Kitty service
- To sync your coins, scores, and stats across devices (Google sign-in users only)
- To enable online and hotspot multiplayer functionality
- To identify and fix bugs using crash and usage analytics
- To send important service updates (only if you have opted in)
3. Data Storage & Security
Guest user data is stored exclusively on your local device and never transmitted to our servers. Google-authenticated user data is secured with TLS 1.2+ in transit and AES-256 at rest.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data stays private.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In — authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Firebase / Google Play Services — cloud sync and crash reporting.
5. Children's Privacy
Call Kitty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
6. Virtual Currency & Coins
The in-game coin system is for virtual wagering only. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or real goods.
7. Your Rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Export your game data upon request
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
8. Data Retention
We retain data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top and through in-app notification where appropriate.
